Libria

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026

Last updated: July 16, 2026

1. Scope

This policy covers the Libria macOS app, the Libria website, and support enquiries. App and website practices are described separately.

2. Photos and files

Libria accesses folders you select with read-only access. Photo analysis and search run on your device; Libria is not a feature that uploads user photos to a cloud AI service. The operator does not collect the photo files themselves.

3. Information stored on your device

To provide its features, the app may store registered-folder information, security-scoped bookmarks, thumbnails, search indexes, on-device AI search index information, favorites, app settings, and information needed to display entitlement status.

4. Accounts and purchases

Libria has no operator account or user registration. Purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit and the Mac App Store; the operator does not directly receive payment information. Apple’s own policies apply to Apple’s handling.

5. Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The Libria app does not display advertising or use its own analytics or user-tracking services.

6. Website

This Libria page does not implement first-party analytics, advertising, external measurement SDKs, cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage. It does not load external fonts or embeds. For site operation and security, the web server may record standard access and error logs that include information such as IP address, access time, viewed pages, and browser details. These logs are generally retained for one month, then deleted or rotated.

7. Support enquiries

Names, email addresses, enquiry content, and voluntarily supplied technical information sent through the contact form are used to answer enquiries and keep support records. This information is generally retained for one month and then deleted, unless continued support or legal requirements make longer retention necessary.

8. Disclosure, children, and security

We do not sell support information, except where disclosure is required by law or similarly necessary. Libria is not designed as a children’s app. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will announce material changes on the website. The operator is Yamada Yamadao (山田 山田男). For enquiries about Libria or this Privacy Policy, please use the contact form on this website.
